
FORT WORTH — Alfredo “Freddie” Ramon Jr. passed away Sunday, Sept. 4, 2016, at the age of 53.
Celebration of life: 2 p.m. Friday at Brown Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Freddie was born Feb. 1, 1963, to Alfredo and Trinidad Ramon in Crystal City. Freddie loved watching sports and cooking for his family and friends. He was also known as “Fred Dog” and loved to joke around with everybody. His motto was “love thy neighbor as thyself”, which he lived by. He was a national champion martial artist and won many titles. He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by family and friends.
Alfredo is preceded in death by his father, Alfredo Ramon Sr.
Survivors: Son, Alfredo Ramon III; daughter, Christa Ramon and husband, Phillip Lopez; granddaughter, Ariana Ramon; mother, Trini Ramon and Ed Williams; many extended family members; and friends.

Litte Freddie you don’t remember me you were very young but your dad was one of my greatest friends my name is memo I have know fred since Rosemont and Paschal and after, I was talking to a co worker about how high freddie would kick he would run and kick the top of the door frame we worked together at a print shop along with another close friend jesse cortez(rumbo) after telling my friend about freddie I did a search to see if I could find him well sad to say I found his obit Your dad was truly a good man and his memories of that will always remain in my mind and in my Heart.
