Billie “Bill” E. Duke

ALVARADO — Billie “Bill” E. Duke passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at the age of 75.
Graveside service: 2 p.m. Monday at Azleland Memorial Park. Visitation: 2 to 4 Sunday at Brown Owens Brumley Family Funeral Home.
Billie was born Aug. 5, 1940 to the late Moses and Estelle Duke in Mead, Oklahoma. He proudly served our country by enlisting in the US Army. Bill was a dispatcher for Ray Crowder Ambulance Service for many years. He will be remembered for his love of country and western music and will be deeply missed by us all.
Survivors: Wife of 14 years, Billie L. Duke; son, Bobby Joe Duke; granddaughter, Melissa Duke; step-son, Monte Chambliss and wife, Joan; step-daughter, Pamela Coleman and husband, Elvin; step-daughter, Gayla Churchman and husband, Michael; 7 step grandchildren; 10 step great-grandchildren; and many, many friends.
