
Cresson-Chad Joseph Vaughn, 32, went home to be with Jesus Tuesday morning September 8, 2020.
Celebration of Life Service: 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at Brown, Owens & Brumley Family Funeral Home, Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.
Visitation: Tuesday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Chad was born in Fort Worth, Texas, April 23, 1988 to his parents Joe and Sharla Vaughn. He was the youngest of three children and had a brother Chuck Batchelor and sister Crystal Bagwell. Chad lived in Cresson with his wife Christina Adkins and their two sons, Jacob Vaughn and Kaleb Vaughn. He was extremely proud of his boys and cherished every minute with them. He also has two nephews, Trevor and Keaton and enjoyed spending time with them and his sons.
Chad was very much a family man and enjoyed time with all his family and also enjoyed talking with people, yard work, camping and his dogs. He is no longer in pain and is at peace in the arms of our Lord. Chad is so loved and will be deeply missed by family and friends and all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Chuck Batchelor; cousin, Nicholas Wells; aunt and uncle, Susie and Gary; and both grandfathers, Eugene Vaughn and Bobby Bagwell Sr.
Survivors: wife, Christina Adkins; sons, Jacob and Kaleb Vaughn; parents, Joseph Vaughn and Sharla Bagwell Vaughn; sister, Crystal Bagwell; nephews, Trevor Vossler and Keaton Johnson; grandmothers, Venoy Vaughn and Rose Bagwell; numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and many friends.
