Clida Irene Cardwell

BRIDGEPORT — Clida Irene Cardwell passed away peacefully Monday, Nov. 24, 2014, at the age of 82.
Graveside service: Noon Saturday in Skyvue Memorial Gardens with Pastor DeWayne Holden officiating. Visitation: one hour prior to service time.
Irene was born Sept. 17, 1932, to the late Clyde and Georgia Shuffield in Arkadelphia, Ark. She was loved, admired, respected by many and will be dearly missed by us all.
Irene was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Georgia Shuffield; husband, Gordon Cardwell; and three children, Clyde “Buddy” Cardwell, Kathy Clark and Teresa Cardwell.
Survivors: Son, Gordon Cardwell Jr. and wife, Fina; daughter, Pamela Stover and Bobby Grigsby; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brothers, Mike and Frank; sisters, Martha and Belva; and many extended family members and friends.
