
STEPHENVILLE-Frieda Linda Lucas passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at the age of 70.

Frieda was born Wednesday, July 26, 1950 to the late Carroll and Dorothy Anderson in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Paul and Frieda met in August 1990 and married on November 17, 1990 in Wichita Falls, Texas. They moved to Stephenville in December of 1992 where Frieda worked for Walmart for 8 years. In May, 2006, Frieda suffered a brain aneurysm and spent the next 14 years in a nursing home. She loved to dance, travel and go to the casinos to gamble. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend and will be deeply missed.
Frieda is preceded in death by her parents, Carroll and Dorothy Anderson; and sister, Elaine Wynn.
SURVIVORS: Loving husband of 29 years, Robert Paul Lucas; daughter, Nicole Sitkon; sister, Francis (Bubbles) Hunter; step-son, Brad Lucas; uncle, George McGowen; niece, Sonya Hunter; great niece, Mikayla Hunter; granddaughters, Adayla Giuliano and Tommy Giuliano; nephew; Eddie Hunter; brother, Tony Anderson; niece, Kim Gardner; nephew, David Gardner.
