Very sad to lose such a talented person and good friend. As brothers in Sigma Chi we shared many experiences and good times. Bill was an asset to our fraternity and to Texas Tech. That spirit and ability obviously continued into his family and career. I offer my condolences to the family. Please know the loss you feel is shared by many.
