It was great to see my Aunt Gloria last month. I will cherish that time with her. Thanks to my cousins for sharing your mothers time with me. I would like to share a short story here. Once when I was just a very young teenager I was flying through DFW airport and had a little bit of a layer over after coming back from a summer camp in Charlotte. As we were landing the pilot said that they were delaying planes out of the airport due to weather, yep turns out my flight was delayed and ultimately cancelled. I really didn’t know what I was going to do when we landed. I was young and felt like I had nowhere to go. But to my great surprise, when I landed, my beautiful Aunt Gloria was at the jet way waiting for me to spend a few minutes with me on my layover. (This was in the days when they let non-ticketed people meet you at the gates) It turned out due to the cancelled flight I was able to spend the whole day with her and the family at the lake house in the pool. I will never forget my surprise visit from Aunt Gloria. (She even talked the airline into upgrading me to first class for my flight home, free of charge) I will miss you, rest in peace Aunt Gloria. Love your nephew Ryan
I only had the pleasure of meeting Gloria once. But, all I needed was that one time to see what a beautiful soul she had. I will keep your family in my prayers, Gloria.
