FORT WORTH — James R. Beck, 73, passed away Sunday, Nov. 27, 2016.
Memorial service: 1 p.m. Friday at Brown, Owens & Brumley Funeral Home Chapel.
James was born August 23, 1943, in Glen Rose to RV and Irene Beck.
Survivors: He is survived by his loving family and friends.

You are a great man dad. You always have a smile on your face a song in your heart & joke to tell to make people laugh. You alway spread joy & wisdom were you have walked in you life. You my have only held our hands for a little time but you will be in our heart’s forever. We will miss & love you forever. JR, was a good man. He had such a loving and caring heart. I am so sad to have heard of his passing but I know he is no longer in pain and rejoicing with our Lord and Savior. May he rest in paradise. My condolences to the family.
