
FORT WORTH-Julie Ann Brown passed away Monday, August 2, 2021 at the age of 51.
CELEBRATION OF LIFE: 1 p.m. Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at Brown Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.
VISITATION: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (2 hours prior to service time) Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at the funeral home.
Julie was born Monday, February 9, 1970 in Fort Worth, Texas to Larry and Wanda Dixon. She attended Paschal High School and was on the Paschal Drill Team and Bluebirds. She loved gardening, reading, Dr. Pepper and scary ghost movies. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be deeply missed.
Julie is preceded in death by her sister, Donna Fay Brumley; brother, Ronald Wayne Dixon; granddaughter, Madison Ann Russell; uncle, Kenneth Dixon; and uncle, Dean Dixon.
SURVIVORS: Husband, Billy Russell; parents, Larry and Wanda Dixon; sister, Debbie Kay Dixon; sister, Tracie Lynn Huber and husband, Dan; sister, Mary Louise Ayala and husband, Steven; daughter, Racheal Louise Russell and husband, Cory; daughter, Nina Marie Frausto and spouse, Cristian Garcia, Sr.; son, William Brown and spouse, Alex Simmons; 12 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and many friends.
