HALTOM CITY-Miguel Martinez passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at the age of 39.
CELEBRATION OF LIFE: 3 p.m. Friday, May 7, 2021 at Brown Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.
VISITATION: 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. (2 hours prior to service time) Friday, May 7, 2021
Miguel was born April 30, 1981 in El Salvador to Julia Martinez. He attended and graduated from Paschal High School. Miguel loved his family and the biggest moment came the day he found out he was going to be a father. He wanted to wake up the whole family at 3 a.m. just to give them the news that he was going to be a dad. He was a loving son, husband, father, brother and friend and will be missed.
Miguel is preceded in death by his father, Federico Martinez-Nieto.
SURVIVORS: Wife of 16 years, Jessica Smith; son, Pete Martinez; mother, Julia Fiscal; step father, Pedro Fiscal; sister, Dora Ruiz-Monroy; sister, Lisseth Escobar; brother, Pedro Fiscal; brother, Carlos Fiscal; mother, Zoila Rubidia Parada; mother-in-law, Maria Smith; father-in-law, Pete Smith, Sr.; brother-in-law, Pete Smith, Jr.; brother-in-law, Marcos Aguilar; sister-in-law, Denise Aguilar; and many friends.
