FZ Frank Franklin

AZLE–FZ Frank Franklin passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at the age of 96.
Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Monday at Eagle Mountain Baptist Church.
Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Brown Owens & Brumley Family Funeral Home.
Interment: FZ will be laid to rest in Everman Cemetery.
FZ Franklin was born August 11, 1921 to the late Herman and Myrtle Franklin in Fort Worth. He retired from the Texas Electric Service Company in 1981 after many dedicated years of service. He proudly joined the US Navy and was a veteran of WWII. FZ was also a longtime member of the Eagle Mountain Baptist Church and a member of the Boyd Masonic Lodge, #479.
Survivors: Wife of 41 years, Eura Franklin; son, Dewayne Franklin; son, Anthony Cole and wife, Mary; son, Eddie Cole and wife, Jennifer; son, James Cole; daughters, Delette Love and husband, Jerry; daughter, June Rosen and husband, David; 20 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and many friends.
