Ann W. Jefferis

FORT WORTH — Ann W. Jefferis passed away peacefully Sunday, Oct. 25, 2015, at the age of 79.
Memorial service: 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, at Brown Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.
Ann was born Oct. 23, 1936, to the late Ralph and Dollye Yancy in Fort Worth. She attended and graduated from John Tyler High School and Tyler Junior College. She was a longtime member of Ridglea Presbyterian Church and Sweet Adelines. Ann was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be missed.
Ann was preceded in death by husband, William Guy Jefferis.
Survivors: Daughters, Caren W., Dollye D., and Madye M. and husband, John; son, William G. Jr. and wife, Virginia; grandchildren, Staff Sgt. Bradley A. and wife, Staff Sgt. Brenda, U.S. Marine Corps, Brianna M. and husband, Senior Airman Brandon, U.S. Air Force, Adrianna A., Preston S., and William G.; and great-grandson, Brandon Jr.
