Barbara Florine Flanagan

GRANBURY-Barbara Florine Flanagan, 83,  passed away Friday, January 20, 2023 surrounded by her family.

Celebration of life:  10 a.m. Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at Brown Owens & Brumley's Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.

Visitation:  5 to 7 p.m. Monday, January 30, 2023 at the funeral home.

Interment:  Barbara will be laid to rest in Bluffton Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 3, 2023.

Barbara was born September 1, 1939 in Wichita, Kansas to the late Walter Raymond Hall Sr. and Mary Kathleen Kenney.  She worked at Tandy Electronics, Sunday School teacher, youth leader, foster parent, singer & bass player. She was a housewife and loved being the mother of five.  She love teaching children, singing and playing bass.  She always wanted everyone else to have whatever she could before herself.  She was giving, loving and caring of others and especially her love for her husband, James.  She loved her children and grandchildren and will be missed deeply by all of us.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Walter Raymond Hall Jr.

Survivors:  Loving husband of 23 years, James Flanagan; son, Michael Coker; son, William Coker; daughter, Sandra Omas; daughter, Cindy Plano and husband, Mike; daughter, Laura Douglas and husband, Ralph; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
