Billie Ruth Sampley

North Richland Hills — Billie Ruth Sampley passed away Thursday, April 17, 2015, at the age of 84.
Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church of Keller. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Brown, Owens & Brumley Family Funeral Home.
Billie was born May 1, 1930, in Paris, Texas, to the late John and Florence Norrell.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, W.R. Sampley.
Survivors: Daughter, Susan McGinty and husband, David; son, Gary Strawn; sisters, Christine Boorman, Melba Ball and Mary Merritt; brother, Johnny Norrell; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and many other extended family members and friends.
