Billie Teeter

Billie Teeter passed away at the age of 99 (but 100 if you ask Billie), surrounded by family, on August 6, 2022. Billie was born on Friday, June 29, 1923, in Lamesa, Texas and resided in the DFW area for most of her adult life. Billie was a talented seamstress and worked in the Sewing Machine Business most of her life.
Mrs. Teeter never knew a stranger and made friends wherever she went. She was loved by all that knew her and will be truly missed.
Billie is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Teeter, and her daughter Rita Watkins, Sister, Eva John and Bernice. Billie is survived by her grandchildren Tonya Williams-Sylvester (Tracy), David Watkins, Karri Collins (Cornelius) and Breanna Garcia and 9 great grandchildren: Tyler Williams, Katelyn Williams, Megan Williams, Conner Watkins, Lindsey Williams, Zachary Weaver, Zoe Weaver, Kaden Watkins, and Lalah Collins.
A memorial service will be on Tuesday, August 16 at 1:00 pm located at Brown Owens & Brumley Family Funeral Home & Crematory
