FORT WORTH — Billy Ray Rushing, 67, passed away Saturday, May 10, 2014.
Billy Ray was born July 18, 1946, in Paris to the late Dempsey and Helen Rushing.

Survivors: Daughter, Sabrina Castillo; sister and caregiver, Wanda Blevins; five other siblings; grandchildren, Christian and Memory Castillo; and great-grandson, Damian Castillo.
