Charles Quincy Russell

FORT WORTH-Charles Quincy Russell passed away peacefully Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at the age of 79.
Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 26 at West Vickery Church of Christ, 4901 Bourine St., Fort Worth, Tx. 76107
Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Brown Owens & Brumley Family Funeral Home.
Interment: Charles will be laid to rest in Skyvue Cemetery.
Charles was born January 1, 1938 to the late Samie and Ruby Russell in Navasota. He proudly served our country by enlisting in the US Navy. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend and will be missed.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Margie Russell; and son, Charles Russell, Jr.
Survivors: Sons, Ronald Russell and Saul Russell; daughter, Tara Salley; granddaughter, Farron Salley; sisters, Lillian Covington and husband, Harry and Mamie Parker Smith; and many friends.
