Dantre’ Lamont Jones

FORT WORTH-Dantre’ Lamont Jones passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at the age of 20.
Visitation: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, June 27, 2020 at Brown Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.
Dantre’ was born Sunday, October 31, 1999 to Tracy Jones and Dan’Yell Quickley in Baltimore, Maryland. He started working at Six Flags of Arlington in 2017. He loved video games, singing, football, basketball and dancing. Dantre’ was a very faithful member of the Grace Baptist Church, under Pastor Christopher Goins. Agnes Gray, Program Director of Everyday Life, would pick him up on Sunday morning to attend church. While at Everyday Life, he participated in many enriching activities and life rewarding sessions. He attended Man Up Banquets, community banquets, college tours, and Father/Son dinners. This was under the guidance of Dr. Cedric Payton. He loved to attend Sunday School, youth meetings and choir rehearsals. He was baptized on August 5, 2018. He attended Mary Catherine Harris School and graduated on May 22, 2019. After graduation from high school, he enrolled in Tarrant County Community College. Dantre’ was a loving son, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend and will be missed.
Survivors: Mother, Dan’Yell Quickley; step-dad, Henry Jefferson; grandmother, Lenora Quickley; grandfather, John Landon; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
