Ester Garcia

FORT WORTH-Ester Garcia passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at the age of 90.
CELEBRATION OF LIFE: 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Brown Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.
VISITATION: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at the funeral home.
INTERMENT: Ester will be laid to rest in Laurel Land Memorial Park.
Ester was born Monday, November 10, 1930 to the late Gustavo and Guadalupe Trevino in San Benito, Texas. She was a supervisor nurse at a nursing home for many years until she quit to help raise her two beautiful twin granddaughters. She loved gardening, cooking, watching football on Sunday with her husband. She loved to cook on Thanksgiving and just being around her family and going on trips out of town. Her greatest interest was tending to her beloved husband, Tony and her twin granddaughters. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend and will be missed.
SURVIVORS: Son, John Anthony Garcia and wife, Bebe; son, Ruben Villarreal and wife, Rosemary; daughter, Cynthia Tracy and husband, Todd; daughter, Dalia Sanchez and husband, Paul; daughter, Stella Montenegro and husband, Antonio; daughter, Lydia Hillard and husband, Dale; daughter, Diana Gourley and husband, Ron; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
