FORT WORTH-Francisco “Franky”Roy Garcia passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2021.
He was born on April 9, 1957 in Greenville, South Carolina on Donaldson Air Force Base, to Rosendo Lopez Garcia and Claudia Louise Malpass Garcia.
He was such a lovely brother and son, dearly loved by his family members and friends. He was a faithful friend and family member. He had a big heart that could make you laugh, you truly felt his love. Franky was musically talented, able to play many string and horn instruments, even after losing his vision at the early age of 11. By the age of 16, he took to learn karate, and became so talented in that as he was in music. Franky never used his handicap as a crutch to not succeed in his life. His friends even taught him how to drive a car! There was nothing that he couldn’t do, he will be terribly missed.
“Merciful father we humbly pray that you embrace our brother, Franky. Showing him all the colors, images and wonders of your heavenly kingdom. Reunite him with our mother so they may bask in the eternal light of your face. With sorrow and gratitude. I will always cherish the lessons he taught me concerning our special brotherly bond. Peace be with you brother and as always.”-Sean Garcia writes.
Franky is preceded in death by his mother, Claudia Louise Garcia on November 11, 2020.
