Franswaw Deon Bailey

Franswaw Deon Bailey passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at the age of 58.

Memorial service:  1 p.m. Saturday, July 1, 2023 at Brown Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.

Franswaw was born December 12, 1964 to Carlton Ray Bacy Sr. and Joe Ann Hargis in Fort Worth, Texas.  He attended and graduated from Polytechnic High School.  Franswaw loved sports and was a Dallas Cowboys fanatic.  He was a family man and loved children and dedicated his life to helping children and family.  Franswaw was a loving son,  father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend and will be deeply missed.

Franswaw is preceded in death by his father, Carlton Ray Bacy Sr.

Survivors:  Mother, Joe Ann Hargis; son, DeUntae Norwood and wife, Ninsha; brother, Carlton Ray Bacy Jr.; sister, Carla Denise Bacy; brother, Kenneth Ray Bacy; granddaughters, Aubrey Norwood, Amaya Norwood and Anavi Norwood; nieces, Karen Bacy, Mary Williams and Miracle Bacy; nephews, Robert Williams and wife, Tyjhaune and Albert Bacy; and many friends.
