Gary Collinsworth

BENBROOK — Gary W. Collinsworth passed away Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014, at the age of 65.
Memorial service: 10 a.m. Friday at Impact Church, 4952 Benbrook Blvd., Benbrook. Inurnment: 3 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11, in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
Gary was born Sept. 21, 1948, in Oklahoma City, Okla. He proudly served our country by enlisting in the U.S. Air Force.
Gary was preceded in death by a son, Nathan Collinsworth.
Survivors: Loving wife of 43 years, Theresa Collinsworth; son, Gary Michael Collinsworth and wife, Misty; son, Jonathon Collinsworth and wife, Christi; son, Stephen Collinsworth; son, James Collinsworth and wife, Melanie; daughter, Michelle Diaz and husband, Carlos; daughter, Elizabeth Collinsworth; mother, Theda C. Williams; brothers, Kenneth L. Collinsworth, Toney Sanders and Gerald Williams; sister, Beckey Sanders; 14 grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
