Janie Lou Henderson

FORT WORTH-Janie Lou Henderson was called home to be with Jesus on Sunday, August 19, 2018 at the age of 69.
Memorial service: There will be no service per Janie’s request.
Memorials: The family asks that in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your local lung cancer organization.
Janie Lou Henderson was born May 21, 1949 in Rising Fawn, Georgia to the late J.D. and Venice Henderson. While we rejoice that she is in her forever home and she is safe in the arms of our Lord, our hearts are broken, but the family thanks everyone for their prayers. Heaven just got a little brighter.
Janie is preceded in death by her parents; Reverend J.D. and Venice Henderson; and son, John Walter Allen Townsend.
Survivors: Three daughters, seven beautiful grandchildren; five wonderful great grandchildren; sisters, Diane Phillips, Wanda Altman, Judy Wooten, and Diane Rowell; brothers, Johnny Henderson, Ronnie Henderson, and Ricky Henderson; and dozens of nieces, nephews and cousins.
