Jerome “Jerry” Bell

ARLINGTON — Jerome “Jerry” Bell passed away Saturday, Jan. 3, 2015, at the age of 65.
Memorial service: 6 p.m. Friday at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 5819 W. Pleasant Ridge Road, Arlington, 76016.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Jerry’s memory to Toys For Tots.
Jerome was born Aug. 31, 1949, in Chicago, Ill., to the late Harold and Beatrice Bell. Jerry was retired from the U.S. Postal Service as a letter carrier after 43 years of dedicated service. Jerry was a lifelong member of the House of David Masonic Lodge #407 and was a 32nd degree Mason and Shriner. He also was an avid motorcycle rider who loved riding his Harley. Jerry also loved watching his western movies. He will be missed deeply and remain in our hearts forever.
Survivors: Wife, Johanna Bell; son, Maurice Humphries and wife, Tracye; son, Jerome C. Bell and wife, Claudia; daughter, Malika Bell and Tim Brown; daughter, Kyisha Bell; daughter, Shaunese Blakely and husband, David; 13 grandchildren; sister, Mary Jones; numerous nieces and nephews; his friends; and his adopted family.
