Julia Anne Owens

FORT WORTH-Julia Anne Owens passed away Monday, January 13, 2020 at the age of 66.
Graveside service: 10 a.m. Friday, January 17, 2020 at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, January 16, 2020 at the funeral home.
Julia was born Thursday, November 5, 1953 in Rantoul, Illinois, Chamute AFB to the late Glenn and Janet Johnson. She graduated in 1971 from Goose Bay High School, Goose Bay, Labrador, Canada Air Force Base High School. Julia never met a stranger and was always talking to the strangers she did meet. She loved crocheting, sewing, Red Hats and Fly Ladies. She also loved to babysit to anyone who was in need.
Julia was a loving Wife, Mom to 7, MomMom to 16 and great MomMom to 8. She will forever be in our hearts and will be remembered by all.
Julia is preceded in death by her parents; and son, Scott Christian Farris.
Survivors: Loving husband of 33 years, Martin James Owens Jr.; sister, Judi Streepey and husband, Ben; sister, Jann Cure and husband, Al; daughter, Jillian Michelle Farris; daughter, Jennifer Anne Moore and husband, Joey; daughter, Kristlynne Owens; daughter, Elizabeth Nelson and husband, Joel; son, Jason Owens; daughter, Rianne Owens; 16 grandchildren, Halee, Tyler, Christian, Timothy, Matthew, Scarlette, Juliette, Violette, Lizette, Hayden, Renleigh, Camden, Jeremy, Katherine, Justin and Lila; 8 great grandchildren; and numerous friends.
