FORT WORTH — Kenneth “Custom Ken” Higdon passed away Sunday, June 21, 2015, at the age of 59.
Celebration of life: 2 p.m. Wednesday in Brown, Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.
Kenneth was born Aug. 20, 1955, to Leonard and Bertha Higdon in Fort Worth. He was the owner of Ken’s Custom Cycles for 10 years and also owned Village Tropical Fish in Traders Village for over nine years. He was a writer and had a book published. His joy in life was his family, especially his grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all of us.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents; and nephew, Phillip Higdon.
Survivors: Wife of nine years, Terri Higdon; son, Chris Higdon and wife, Amanda; stepdaughter, Alissa McAlpine; brother, Leonard G. Higdon and wife, Doris; sister, Sue Clanton and husband, Jimmy Beard; grandchildren, Miguel, Stormi, Shyla, Savanna, Shannia, Mason, Bree, Maci and Josh; numerous other family members; and friends.
