Kenneth Wayne Reynolds

MANSFIELD — Kenneth Wayne Reynolds, 76, passed away peacefully Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2015.
Memorial service: Final services for Ken will be held in Chicago, Ill., where he will be laid to rest with his beloved mother and other family members.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations in Ken’s name may be made to Community Hospice of Texas, Hospice House at Huguley, where he spent his last days in peace and comfort.
Kenneth was born in Chicago, Ill., on April 9, 1939, to Robert and Clarice Reynolds. Ken graduated from Chicago Vocational Technical Institute in 1958, enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served until 1962. He enjoyed a successful career with various international companies in the commercial printing industry. Ken was a champion swimmer and diver, and an accomplished tennis player and golfer throughout his life. Ken stayed active in his church community.
Ken was preceded in death by his parents; stepfather, Simon Swanson; brother, Robert Reynolds; and sisters, Colleen Hinderman and Sandra Sullivan.
Survivors: Children, Jeffrey W. Reynolds and wife, Rae, of Houston, Caroline Wuebben of Astoria, Ore., and Suzanne Mehringer of Mansfield; and three grandchildren.
