GRANBURY-Lilly Carnell Rinkenberger passed away Monday, October 31, 2022 at the age of 90.
MEMORIAL SERVICE: 2 p.m. Thursday, November 3, 2022 at Brown Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.
Lilly was born Monday, August 15, 1932 in Brooksmith, Texas to the late Ed and Bula Roberts. She attended Brooksmith High School. She loved traveling to Minnesota to visit her in laws, and family gatherings in her home on Possum Kingdom Lake. Her favorite pastimes were bird watching, gardening and listening to music. She was a den mother to a Blue Bird Troop. She was a candy striper at Arlington Memorial Hospital. Lilly was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and will be greatly missed by us all.
Lilly is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 62 years, Richard Rinkenberger; three brothers; and five sisters.
SURVIVORS: Daughter, Susan Soules and husband, Jim; grandson, Russell Soules and wife, Tiffany; grandson, Dammon Soules and wife, Deborah; son, Lonnie Rinkenberger and wife, Donna; grandson, Shaun Cook; granddaughter, Erin Rinkenberger and husband, Freddie; granddaughter, Kate Brady; granddaughter, Melissa Eatmon and husband, William; granddaughter, Mallary Milner and husband, Gary; grandson, Chance Rinkenberger; son, Ricky Rinkenberger and wife, Julie; granddaughter, Brady McDermott and husband, Sean; grandson, Caleb Rinkenberger and wife, Rebekah; granddaughter, Megan Baker; grandson, Chase Baker; daughter, Sharon Jackson and husband, Russell; granddaughter, Angel Fitzgerald and husband, Scott; granddaughter, Reagan Cary and husband, Ian; and 23 great grandchildren.
