FORT WORTH-Martha Cruz passed away Monday, April 26, 2021 at the age of 69.
CELEBRATION OF LIFE: 12 P.M. Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at Brown Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.
VISITATION: 5 to 7 P.M. Monday, May 3, 2021 at the funeral home.
INTERMENT: Martha will be laid to rest in Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
Martha was born June 25, 1951 to the late Ricardo and Julia Vaca De Rodriguez in Mexico. She loved shopping, reading, entertaining, traveling and doing volunteer work. She was a great storyteller who was able to light up the whole room with laughter. She was so giving and always had a positive outlook on life. She was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother and friend and will be missed.
SURVIVORS: Husband of 17 years, Ignacio Cruz; daughter, Julie Velazquez and husband, Jr.; grandson, Christian Heffernan; grandson, Brian Heffernan and wife, Amber; son, Richard Davila and wife, Lupita; granddaughter, Daisy Davila; numerous other family members; and many friends.
