Mary A. Preston Edgington

BENBROOK-Mary A. Preston (Goode) Edgington passed away Sunday, September 26, 2021 at the age of 90.
Mary was born to the late William Oscar and Mary Raburn Edgington on August 31, 1931 in San Angelo, Texas. She graduated from Lakeview High School in San Angelo, Texas. Mary was a member of Williams Road Baptist Church for many years. She loved to watch old western shows and especially loving the John Wayne westerns the best. She loved to travel, bowling and especially loved the “Cowboys” and Tom Landry. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend and will be missed.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Merle Edgington Howze; sister, Juanita Wilson; brother, Johnny William Edgington; daughter, Frankie Hollis; and son, William (Bill) Day.
SURVIVORS: Daughter, Glenda Landers and husband, Richard; grandson, Rick Hollis; grandson, Tim Hollis; grandson, Jason Hollis; grandson, Chris Bandel and wife, Nikki; granddaughter, Christy Day; granddaughter, Sabrina Day; grandson, Billy Monroe Day; many beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren.
