Melba Faye Ross

FORT WORTH-Melba Faye Ross passed away Friday, September 10, 2021 at the age of 63.
VISITATION: 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Brown Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.
Melba was born Saturday, July 19, 1958 to the late Marvin and Maurice Wheeler in Fort Worth, Texas. She graduated from I. M. Terrell High School, Class of 1976. She loved bingo, arts & crafts, singing but mostly she loved her family and always enjoyed spending time with them. Melba also loved being on Facebook and making daily prayer posts and quotes to maybe brighten someone’s day. She was a loving wife, mom, grandmother, aunt, sister, cousin and friend and will be missed.
Melba is preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Marvin Wheeler Jr.
SURVIVORS: Husband of 29 years, George Ross; son, Montague Wheeler; granddaughter, Ta’Niah Wheeler; step-daughter, Antoinette Branscomb; brother, Melvin Wheeler Sr.; sisters, Marva McKellar; and many friends.
