Michelle (Higgins) Gilbreath

CROWLEY-Michelle (Higgins) Gilbreath passed away January 27, 2021 at the age of 49.

Michelle was born July 25, 1971 to Tommy and Andrea Higgins in Alamogordo, New Mexico. She graduated from Alamogordo High School. She enjoyed being outdoors and attending all her son’s’ football games. She was at every one of her son’s’ band concerts and competitions and enjoyed her grandson’s sporting events. She loved traveling and especially trips to Las Vegas, Pensacola, New Orleans, South Padre Island, Corpus Christi, the Grand Canyon, the White Sands National Monument of New Mexico and cruising to the Bahamas. Most of all she loved her family and being with them, holding her sons and grandsons. She will forever remain in our hearts.
Michelle is preceded in death by her grandmother, Viola Higgins; aunt, Rosella Mora; and uncle, Nick Higgins.
SURVIVORS: Husband of 22 years, William Gilbreath; parents, Tommy and Andrea Higgins; sons, David Barnwell and wife, Chelsea, Troy Gilbreath and Tommy Gilbreath; grandsons, Ezra Barnwell, Liam Barnwell and Bentley Barnwell; father and mother in law, William ”Frank” and Vicki Gilbreath; aunts, Irene Mink and Viola Ulibarri; grandfather, Tommie Higgins; and numerous friends.
