Mildred Irene Alleman

FORT WORTH — Mildred Irene Alleman, 92, loving wife, mother and wonderful grandmother, passed away peacefully at a local hospital Tuesday, June 10, 2014.
Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Saturday at Christ Lutheran Church in Fort Worth. The family will receive friends 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Brown, Owens & Brumley.
Memorials: Christ Lutheran Church, 4409 Sycamore School Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76133, or a charity of choice, in lieu of flowers.
Mildred was born in Halifax, Pa., and had resided in Fort Worth for 20 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Alleman; parents, Ira and Margaret Gebhart; sister, Annie; and brothers, Joel, Herb, and Harold.
Survivors: Daughter and son-in-law, Connie and Robert Shirey; son and daughter-in-law, Ellis and Bonnie Underkoffler; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
