Nancy Ann Conrad

FORT WORTH — Nancy Ann Conrad, 77, passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2015.
Memorial service: 11 a.m. Friday, June 26, at Triumph Baptist Church, 3300 W. Seminary Drive, Fort Worth, officiated by Pastor Bruce Engleman.
Nancy was born Nov. 14, 1937, in Fort Worth to the late Albert and Una Perkins. She was also preceded in death by her son, Charles Conrad.
Survivors: Daughter, Pamela Shearer; and many friends.
