Nancy (Smith) Richards

WEATHERFORD-Nancy (Smith) Richards entered Heaven’s Gate on Sunday, April 4, 2021 at the age of 80.
GRAVESIDE SERVICE: 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Elizabeth Cemetery.
VISITATION: 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Brown Owens & Brumley Family Funeral Home.
Nancy was born December 12, 1940 to the late Carson and Rose Clifton in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Nancy loved to travel and her favorite trip was to Ireland. She also loved drinking Dr. Pepper with her sisters, listening to old country music at our Aunt Anita’s house and Sunday meals after church. Her interests were antiquing, crafting, spending time with family and grandchildren and rescuing cats. Nancy had a real strong walk with God and had daily prayers and loved watching Joyce Meyers and enjoyed gospel music and traditional hymns. Nancy was a very kind, giving and loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend and will be deeply missed.
Nancy is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth Smith; husband, Farris Richards; brother, Glenn Clifton; and sister, June Reynolds.
SURVIVORS: Son, Cliff Smith and wife, Terri; son, Glenn Smith; daughter, Nola Smith and spouse, Lisa Lemoine; son, Dana Smith; sister, Anita King and husband, Richard; sister, Patricia Sowell; 12 grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren.
