Patricia "Jane" Pope

Patricia “Jane” Pope passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at the age of 80.

Celebration of life:  11 a.m. Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at Keller Holiness Church, 361 E. Vine Street, Keller, Texas  76248

Visitation:  5 to 7 p.m. Monday, November 20, 2023 at the funeral home.

Burial:   Patricia will be laid to rest with her beloved husband, Wayne in Prairie Mound Cemetery in Argyle following the service.

Patricia was born June 24, 1943 to the late Woodrow and Clara Blackerby in Keller, Texas.  She loved drinking coffee, reading her Bible, working in her yard and rock collecting.  She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and family.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend and will be missed.

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 47 years, Howard “Wayne” Pope; son, Michael Wayne Pope; brothers, Marvin Blackerby, Norman Blackerby, Wayne Blackerby and Dan Blackerby; and sister, Dema Howell.

Survivors:  Son, Steve Pope and wife, Sarah; sister, Millie Pair and husband, Toby; brother, James Blackerby;  sister, Shirley Bogan; numerous precious grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
