Patricia Butcher Warren

FORT WORTH-Patricia Butcher Warren passed away Monday, February 6, 2023 at the age of 81.

Patricia was born January 1, 1942 in Woodward, Oklahoma to the late Roy and Evelyn McDaniel Butcher.  She attended and graduated from Woodward High School and went on to attend University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma State University, Central State University and graduated with a bachelors degree in history.  Patricia was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and worked tirelessly and patiently to support her family.  She loved music and had a beautiful voice and loved to sing and whistle.  Her music added joy to all of our lives.  Her favorite musicals were Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserable and recently, Hamilton. 

Patti also loved dogs and almost always had a dog by her side.  She was an avid reader of mystery books.  She enjoyed sharing good food, wine and lots of laughter with others.  She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend and will be deeply missed.

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 48 years, Ray Warren; and brother, Perry Butcher.

Survivors:  Daughter, Tanya Warren; son, Eric Warren and wife, Katherine; granddaughter, Erin Warren; and numerous friends.
