Robert Lyndon Hargus

FORT WORTH-Robert Lyndon Hargus passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at the age of 64. Bob was born to the late Gladys Parker in Quincy, Illinois, later to be adopted by Clark and Jane Hargus.
He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, watching NASCAR races with his kids, was a hard- working man, and loved to play his remote control toys with his best friend Michael Wayne. He married the love of his life on July 2, 1977. They spent 17 long years together as a couple before having children. Bob was the kind of man to put a smile on any ones face, especially those of children. He loved to play “Pirate Bob” with his granddaughter, nieces and nephews, and many other friends. Bob will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, please send them in memory of Bob, to the NueroICU in the Bloxom tower at Harris Methodist in Fort Worth.

Bob is proceeded in death by his beloved sweetheart, Michelle Marie Hargus, his biological mother, Gladys “Happy” Parker, his adopted parents, Clark and Jane Hargus, his nephew, Jeffrey Hargus, and brother Lonnie Hargus.
He is survived by daughters, Kathryn Paige Hargus, Deanna Gail Hargus-Yochum, her husband Austin Powers Yochum, granddaughter Autumn Gayle Yochum, brothers Thomas Hargus, William “Bill” Hargus, Timothy Hargus. Sister, Luan Hargus. And many nieces and nephews, and several friends whom he loved dearly.
