Ryan Glenn Phillips, 37, of Callisburg, TX left his earthly body on April 8, 2024. Ryan was born on May 19, 1986, in Fort Worth, TX to Bobby and Debbie (Bergeron) Phillips. He graduated from Callisburg High School in 2004. He attended Grayson County College as a theatre major. He worked for Pogue Construction and PolyPipe before joining the United States Army in 2008. He was a Forward Observer attached to the 1-28 Infantry stationed in Fort Riley, KS. He completed a tour in Iraq. While in KS, Ryan met his future wife, Jacque Hewitt. In 2011, he was honorably discharged from the army and returned home to TX. In 2016, Ryan and Jacque were married in Callisburg, TX.
Ryan is preceded in death by his grandparents Don and Judy Bergeron, Micheal and Nelda Slaughter, and father-in-law John Hewitt.
Survivors include his wife, Jacque, daughter, Katy, son, Christopher, parents Bobby and Debbie Phillips, brother Josh Phillips, grandparents Glenn and Sheron Phillips all from Callisburg, TX, Uncle Donald and wife Lisa Bergeron of Deland, FL, Uncle Randy and wife Diana of St. Joe, MO, Mother-in-law Carol Hewitt of Council Grove, KS, Brother-in-law Joseph and wife Belinda Hewitt of Pagosa Springs, CO, two nephews, a niece, and numerous other family members.
