Sally Ann Middleton (1961 – 2014)

FORT WORTH — Sally Ann Middleton passed away peacefully Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014, at the age of 52.
Celebration of life: 2 p.m. Tuesday in Brown Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.
Sally Ann was born March 30, 1961, in Fort Worth. For those who loved her, which is everyone who knew her, take comfort, for she is at peace now and has joined her family in God’s choir to sing and dance forever.
She was a mother of two boys, three grandchildren, a caring daughter, sister, aunt and a friend to all. We love you, Sally Ann, and you will be missed.
Sally Ann was preceded in death by a sister, Becky Germany; and grandparents, Ona Mae and Woody Teague.
Survivors: Mother, Donna Joy Middleton; sisters, Kimbra and Melanie; brother, Shane; numerous extended family; and many friends.
