AZLE — Walter “Butch” Virag, loving husband, father, grandfather and friend left this world peacefully with his loving family by his side, Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at the age of 64.
Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 8, 2016 at Brown Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.
Walter was born Sept. 13, 1951 to the late William and Irene Virag in New York City, New York. He was a dedicated employee for over 30 years with Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth. He proudly served our country by enlisting in the US Air Force. Walter loved working on cars, doing all kinds of handyman work for people and especially vacation trips to Mexico.
Survivors: Wife of 43 years, Faye Virag; daughter, Jamie Rives and husband David, Joy Soper and husband Brian; son, Adam Virag and wife Nicole; grandchildren, Christian Rives, Daven Virag, Anthony Virag and Arden Denney; brother, Paul Virag; sisters, Diane Chace and husband Mike and Debbie Cottongame and husband Bubba and many friends
