FORT WORTH — Wilma Jean Elliott passed away peacefully Saturday, March 21, 2015, at the age of 68.
Memorial service: 11 a.m. Saturday, March 28, at Brown Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Wilma was born Feb. 17, 1947, to the late Earl and Virginia “Jean” Moore in Coleman. She proudly served our country by enlisting in the U.S. Air Force. Wilma’s passion was nursing and she retired after many years of dedicated service. She loved to travel and loved her role as mother and grandmother. Wilma will be remembered for her love of animals and volunteered much of her time to care for them. Wilma will remain in our hearts forever and will be truly missed.
Wilma was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Paula Dian Moore.
Survivors: Daughter, Stacey Easterday and husband, Michael; son, Christopher Elliott and wife, DeAnna; grandchildren, Christopher Mays, Dylan Mays, Cheyenne Elliott, Carson Easterday and Riley Easterday; sister, Janice Stout; nephew, Adam Stout and wife, Marci; and many friends and extended family members.
