Robert “Babe” Popo” Valle

FORT WORTH — Robert “Babe” “Popo” Valle passed away Thursday, Aug. 11, 2016, at the age of 77.
Celebration of life: 1 p.m. Tuesday at Brown, Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel. Interment: Robert will be laid to rest in Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Robert was born May 13, 1939, to the late Frank and Rose Valle in Fort Worth.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents; brother; sisters; and grandson, Roman Jimenez.
Survivors: Son, Big Robert Valle Jr.; son, Little Robert Valle Jr.; son, Jesse Martinez; daughter, Nancy Valle Chastain; daughter, Melinda Valle Galindo; daughter, Christina Valle; stepdaughters, Monica Mendoza and Naomi Reyes; brother, Frank Valle; sisters, Linda Charles and Annie DeHoyos; 16 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many friends.
