HALTOM CITY – Salvador (Chavira) Aregullín, 68, passed away suddenly on the afternoon of February 4, 2021 in Fort Worth, Texas.
Visitation: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, February 12, 2021 at Brown, Owens & Brumley Family Funeral Home, 425 S. Henderson Street, Fort Worth, TX 76104.
Celebration of life: 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 13, 2021, at Brown, Owens, and Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.
Salvador was born on November 18, 1952 to Dionicio and Anselma Aregullín in Tamaulipas, Mexico and became an American citizen later in his life. He was an accomplished butcher for 35 years. He enjoyed camping, fishing, barbecuing, and working on the yard. He loved the ocean, lakes, or any type of body of water. He especially loved his family and helped whomever he could when asked.
Salvador is preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Vanessa Leigh Aregullín and his sister, Esmeralda Aregullín.
SURVIVORS: He is survived by his daughter Tissy Aregullín Adwell; two grandchildren, Xander and Grace Adwell; his siblings Javier & Benita Aregullín, Margarito Aregullín, Olga Zúñiga, Hector & Elena Aregullín, Elida Aregullín, Blanca & Pedro Teniente, Jaime & Gabriella Aregullín, Alma & Baltazar Galvan, and Lorena and Chano Juarez; his many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will all lovingly remember him.
