SPRINGTOWN-Spenser Joseph Slavik passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at the age of 36.
CELEBRATION OF LIFE: 1 p.m. Friday, July 1, 2022 at Brown Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.
VISITATION: 11 to 1 p.m. (2 hours prior to service time) Friday, July 1, 2022 at the funeral home.
INTERMENT: Spenser will be laid to rest in Dripping Springs Cemetery, Van Buren, Arkansas at a later date.
Spenser was born Friday, May 30, 1986 in Fort Worth, Texas to Robert and Temperance(Tammy) Slavik. Spenser was raised in White Settlement and attended and graduated from Brewer High School, Class of 2005. He went on to attend classes at TCC. He was a long time member of the First Church of the Nazarene. Spenser loved working and helping people and worked at several places including the grocery business, the food industry and in the Fort Worth Stockyards. He loved being on a computer and was considered a whiz doing anything on them. He could take things apart and loved figuring out how they worked. He had a very high IQ and could figure things out very quickly before anyone else. Spenser was a loving son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend and will be deeply missed.
Spenser is preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Bobby Ray and Sandra Kay Davis; and paternal grandparents, Joseph Francis and Delores Slavik.
SURVIVORS: Parents, Robert and Tammy Slavik; brother, Bobby Slavik and wife, Aidee; brother, Kurtis Slavik; nephew, Robby Jon Slavik; niece, Belle Temperance Slavik; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
