FORT WORTH — Terry Jim “Big T” Hampton, 56, passed away Friday, June 3, 2016.
Celebration of life: 2:00 p.m.,Thursday, June 9, 2016 at Brown Owens & Brumley Family Funeral Home.

A gathering of friends and family to celebrate Terry’s life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday , June 11, 2016 at First Baptist Church, Chillicothe with the service beginning at 3:30 p.m.
Terry was a long time resident of his beloved Fort Worth, a graduate of Chillicothe High School and went on to graduate from Tarleton State University with a BBA in accounting.
Survivors: Parents, Oscar and Maribeth Hampton; sister, Angela Hampton; brother, Mark Hampton and wife, Deneen; nephews, Andy Hampton and Justin Hampton, and many friends.

My condolences to the Hampton family on the loss of your son and brother. There is never a good time to loose a loved one, but hopefully you can find some comfort in knowing that the Angel’s were singing and God was present to welcome him to his eternal home.

I been fortunate to have been friends with Terry for 35 years. He was a one of a kind sure will miss that big smile!

My deepest sympathies to the Hampton family and all of the extended family that loved Terry. Terry was an old buddy of mine and we have many fond memories of our times together. Everyone that knew him loved him. I will miss him dearly but he will never be forgotten.

Terry had a big heart and helped everyone he could. I was blessed by his guidance in my accounting profession. He was a big personality it will be missed by all. Condolences to his family.
