Vicente Mata

FORT WORTH-Vicente Mata passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at the age of 57.
Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Monday, June 25, 2018 at Brown Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel, Brother Frank Zea officiating.
Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Interment: Vicente will be laid to rest in Greenwood Memorial Park.
Vicente was born April 5, 1961 in Harlingen, Texas to the late Benigno and Francisca Mata. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend and will be deeply missed.
Survivors: Son, Vicente Mata Jr. and wife, Sabrina; daughter, Sonia Mata and husband, Darnell Stokes; son, Joe Mata and wife, Carrie; son, Joshua Mata; daughter, Miranda Mata; son, Jacob Mata; nine granddaughters, Melodie, Esperanza, Natalie, M.J., Jaylon, Olivia, Vanessa, Eva and Angela; brothers, Phil, Benny, Mario, Juan, Isidoro, and Pablo Mata; sisters, Aurelia, Fela, Tomasa and Rosa; and many friends.
